I used Hana tool - it's very comfy to use. It adjust possibilities.
As you can see many blend shapes asymmetrical, for example.
I tried Meowface it's worse than iphone but way better than laptop webcamera ofc.

The viewers are there for the game /and/ you. Being pushed off onto the corner isn't necessarily great. Generally speaking for most games and dark souls, the action tends to happen in the middle or bottom parts of the screen, so having your model take up the bottom left or right space will keep you in peripheral a bit more during more action parts.

I've been thinking a lot about how art can evolve now that generative images are big, and I think vtubing really is the best way for artists to move forward. It turns the physical act of drawing (previously the thing that mattered the most which has now been deprioritized) into a performance art.

I think similar to how traditional artists responded to photography by experimenting lot with innovative physical media at the beginning of the last century, the response to generative art will lead to digital artists re-purposing their skills towards new ends. It's all very exciting and I think a huge opportunity for artists, it's nice seeing the talented artists here.
