She knew there might be some, she had the censor ready and everything and was very clearly anticipating it all stream. She even properly blocked the first one, just got caught offguard by a flashback to it in a later scene. I think her only real mistake was that instead of having the censor as a quick one-button toggle, it was an image she had to go find from somewhere offscreen and slowly drag into place. When you watch it you can see she has an instant reaction to it but has no way to quickly hide it.
Honestly other than the part where I'm sure she's a bit worried about getting in trouble now the stream was great, enjoyable to watch and she was clearly having a good time with it
