Haachama did the statistics thing first, by accident. That brought Zhang antis on her ass, which was annoying but harmless, and went away pretty fast. But Coco, being her usual retarded self, decided make fun of them, and repeated the same thing, but clearly on purpose now. She knew full well that Hololive had a Chinese branch and used Chinese platforms to rake in cash, but she didn't give a single fuck, for her it was all part of the "cool hot-blooded murrican bitch" act. She was also poking Zhangs for a while at that point, hence why they didn't like her in the first place. But when Zhangs got truly enraged, she was caught off-guard, and had no idea how to deal with them, so she told them to fuck off before management contained her with a suspension (alongside Haachama just to make sure) but at that point it was too late.
She started the entire feud herself because she felt spunky that day, despite knowing how touchy this subject can be, especially for Hololive. This complete lack of foresight combined with an overabundance of attitude was very on brand for her.
