It's easy. Find a person/vtuber with a fairly simple personality and copy them but do one thing different. Example, be a standard weeb but go to the gym. Now it'll seem like you have a personality.
The funny, charming part comes from learning how to fit in while also letting everyone know that you are different because you go to the gym.
The antisocial shut-in part comes from getting confused too much, like wearing a gura hoodie to the gym or accidentally claiming that watching vtubers lowers your testosterone.
