Ultimately the lack of management was their biggest problem, the next biggest was not vetting and training the talents. These aren't problems specifically unique to CyberLive but at every turn where the lack of management created an issue the talents took that to mean nothing bad that happens is their fault. Eventually the antagonism within the group got out of hand because everyone was shifting/externalizing blame and without someone to tard wrangle them back in line towards set objectives and goals they did what toxic people do best and atomized the group into cliques until it disbanded. The fact they thought rebranding would solve anything shows how delusional they were.

Well the rebrand would have worked if the main person who pushed for it and convinced the rest to stay together as an indie group didn't turn out to be a toxic scumbag. I'm not only talking about the fucking fans, she turned out to be one of the biggest culprits in the Cyberlive era of shit talking and back stabbing. The other 6 seemed happy enough in Aetheria, it didn't fall apart until her duplicity was exposed.

As the corpo gives an extra generous cut, they always operate in the red, always understaffed, and some talents have to take manager work themselves, which defeat the purpose of being a corpo.
