I wouldn't call it a fixation. I'm not really a gosling, I'm not super lonely, dating generally isn't much of a challenge. For me, personally, Nina represents those same kinds of feelings, you have options, but none of them are really appealing. That's probably what I'm getting at with most of her fans, it feels like most of them would just simp to anyone who gives them any amount of attention or comfort, but without any real standards. Nina is independent, caring, and really sweet, without being childish. To me, those are the qualities I feel like I can only fantasize about having in a relationship.
