She got away with getting into a male streamers/e-celebs RUST server with voice chat (apparently off-stream too) and spamming APEX with her other friends and Valorant (again sometimes with dudes on voicechat) so she basically is monetizing what she does off-stream, after taking a long holiday over the evil unicorns apparently chastising her.
It seems too that the mysterious illness that prevented her for streaming more than 1 hour per day is over so she can dedicate herself to be a more shameless Towa.
And here i thought she was her oshi, not what she literally wants to be.
No suspension, no problem with getting less donations, she has now more audience than before since she got into the normies FPS autists community and she still hasn't to do shit.
All i have to say is bravo. This is all i don't want to see in Hololive but i have to kneel at how she got away with it exactly like her oshi.

If they can spread the male collab dose to call it in some way over a long time (and they will try) instead of suddenly, they can absolutely get away with it.
It's a win-win for them and the company.
The streamers don't lose the jp lonely mentally ill viewers money because they are too much of a basedboy to complain and will concede having to watch talk with dudes as far as every now and them they pretend to care for them with a zatsudan or ASMR or something like that.
They also get more normie viewers who will shape more of their future content for all the sweet clout and even more extra money with sponsor streams. This normie viewers btw, they're like the twitch crowd; they don't care about preparing your streams, stream quality, stream frequency, variety of games or shit like that.
For the company it's a solution to keep growing (the unicorn pool of viewers could be topped) and to solve their problem of having like 80 something% male viewership that not all the companies like that much.
I can definitely see more Lapluses in the next JP gen and in the near future "no male collabs" stop being a de-facto rule and starts being a thing only just some of the members have self-imposed.

I can absolutely see this happening. The beta cuckbois aren't gonna do shit, and they need to reach wider audience so they need to destroy the 'no male' image that has been ingrained into Hololive brand. I mean, just watch Laplus play Rust and you'll see that some people are avoiding her because they think they'll get in trouble if they talk to her.
