In terms of views, it depends on the content they use. But usually they can pull 700 to 1k viewers, with Bettel/Magni/Vesper pulling from 1.5k to more depending on what they are streaming

In addition to their complete collabs pulling in very good numbers. Individually they are mostly weak... But they work well in group

The issue is, Cover already had 6 Talents they wanted to debut, but couldn't possibly debut 6 at the same time.
It's not even a rrat. Flayon was in the Cover discord 2-3 months before his debut and made gorilla noises.
They chose to debut 4 and look for 2 more to debut another 4 as Tempus2. It's why they share the same fantasy and why both Shinri and Hakka are from "Xenokuni". Even their lore states they joined later.
