With the end of two of the biggest arcs this year so far
>VSaikyou for the FPS box
>PuyoTetris for the Holo box
here is an update in that

Here is a short summary
1) HoloJP, with both Puyo and a new Micra arc running in parallel, inclined back to close to the 12k line.and now they DOUBLE the nearest branch average
2) HoloEN, unable to capitalize on the Japan arcs and 3D Showcase arcs, fell back to their career low average, dropping below not only CCVID but also November 2022, the previous low
3) Both VSPO and NIjiJP continue with a intertwined trajectory, now scissoring below the 3.5k line with a slight advantage for the former
4) HoloID, like HoloEN, was incapable of turning the Holofes buff into a more permanent incline but managed to hold a stable trajectory above the 2k line. That's below their 2022 peak but above what they had before ID3 debuted.
5) NijiEN ... it finally happened, their collective average fell below the one on the date of Luxiem debut. They're not sailing in uncharted waters, back at Pre-Luxiem numbers
6) StarsEN dropped to their all time low but managed a modest incline thanks to buffed numbers for Axel and Regis due to VSaikyou. Let's see where their numbers land after the tournament, whether or not they managed to squeeze a permanent incline out of the exposure

I say it is the exact opposite, so called "content creators" are nothing but leeches that contribute with NOTHING, and that the companies should crack the fuck down in the whole scene

Clearly the only content creators bringing any benefit, audience and revenue for them is Hololive, EXACTLY the company that doesn't need any reconsideration because they cross all Ts and dot all Is.
Because of this, it would be beneficial for the companies to weed out Hololive competition and only allow companies and individuals that actually follow proper procedure to use their IP.

They've been reclining since mid 2022 anon. Either all of them are utterly retarded and still don't understand what is causing it, or they just don't care.

HoloEN is in the twitch mode of thinking with the "I'll stream what I want and fuck you if you don't want to watch it" attitude. Problem is that they can't survive off that attitude while all 10 of them combined have less weekly streaming hours than one Twitch streamer on the grind. Hololive just doesn't work like that. Hololive is for short form streams, short bursts of interesting content. If you're going to play a JRPG you better damn well make it interesting to watch if you don't want your numbers falling through the floor.

Add to that the fact that Gura and Ina are now semi-retired and the branch is missing two of their biggest hitters who have capitulated entirely and left the branch completely directionless.

Holos has no trouble securing permissions, no trouble keep a fully filled scheduled with all sorts of entertainment and, considering they showed they clearly benefit the gaming companies, only a dumb gaming company wouldn't give Holos permissions to play their games.
It's a two way avenue

Loosing restrictions would just benefit the rest of the market which today ALREADY does not respect this system to no apparent benefit for Hololive.

Thanks, the biggest problem is getting the data itself though.
Pulling from TwitchTracker only allows 25 ids in a row before it starts to cut access.
If you move too fast, it'll restrict your ip and even if you don't, there's a lot of corrupted data.
From the 37,049 streams i pulled for instance, around 7k were corrupted and needed a 2nd, 3rd pull, and manual fixing after that, especially where it just couldn't get peaks that weren't "d" or empty.

Technically, Gangzi isn't a vtuber. She comes from a group of streamers called the "dullahans" that have been around the KR streaming space for a while. Basically, they were no-cam streamers with their own anime avatars, the big difference between them and vtubers is that they didn't use Live2D or 3D (they used still images) and didn't play a character.
