I think Kiara slipped regarding having a different artist design an outfit for you, basically the artist is chosen either by you or management, and they have to get approval from the original artist, in this case Mika, to even start designing the outfit. Supervision was just a fancy way of saying they agreed on the direction of the design and then Mika can just never get involved again to work on her other jobs.
