You overestimate the English skills of ESL.
Dutch and Swedes may speak quite some decent English, but it's not their native language and misunderstandings and miscommunication will happen quite easily. Also funny accents.
And then you have larger language regions where every movie is gets dubbed in their native language. People over there speak some pretty bad English if they speak the language at all. Some may refuse to learn a second language and will only rely on their native language for their entire life.
This may not be that much of a problem as a streamer when talking to chat, but what about business meetings?

What really pisses me off is when someone who speaks the language poorly gets an inflated ego about their English skills. Even though they are only getting compliments because people are way too nice to ESLs and 4chan is basically the only place that it's normal to insult them. If I can tell you're ESL online, you are not fluent enough. Every English primary speaker has to spend huge portions of their life getting used to all these shitty accents and bad grammar. They can still muddle their way through SME and business conversations because the other party is perfectly able to accommodating. Nobody wants to start a separate branch just for Europe, although Cover should, by all means, set up a foothold in Europe, even if that's just for Kiara and Dokomi. When people say "HoloEU" they just mean ENs in european timezones, because currently they have to pick between NA mornings and JP/ID evenings, so two rare zones. There's no good coverage of european post-work afternoon/evening or european morning.
We Yuros seriously wouldn't mind if all of them spoke English, it's taught at all schools after all, at this point I wouldn't even mind if they weren't actually European, I just want to have a chance to watch a full stream that doesn't happen during my company time or sleep time.
