Considering that both of Mori's "big things" are UMG-related, I'm eternally grateful that the signing did happen. Not here to speculate, but Gura's support and opportunities within Cover have basically been isolated to mediocre UmiSea stuff. It's been forever and a day so I don't remember the exact stream, but I remember Mori talking about the dynamic that her and Gura have and that it was easier for them to talk off stream than on stream, but it had been getting a lot better.
