Eh, I'm a viewer. You guys make me sad. Anyways, I've actually liked Daiya and Alva's streams quite a lot.
Daiya's "I'm Daiya saying bye-ya" is the dorkiest thing ever, I love it.
I was really sleepy when I was watching Alva's stream, but it was enjoyable, especially since there were some hilarious moments before I left to sleep. He was doing a stream without growling, and checking his vods I personally feel that the growling plays into his character really well, even if I do agree that it can be a bit hard to listen to at times.

I still haven't figured out what the issue is with the audio ducking, so I'll just chalk it up to "Windows 11 bad". I did a google search, even went on /g/'s No Stupid Questions thread and got no answer.

The audio from my mic seemed to pick up fine on Discord and in OBS but I don't hear the desktop audio properly in real-time. Worst case scenario I'll just record on my old laptop and add the audio to the game video file in-post.

Apparently I forgot to reply? I wasn't using the monitor settings in OBS. Ever since I downloaded and updated it for the time it's been forcing my other apps to audioduck whenever a mic is active. And I don't think it's an OBS exclusive issue either because when I joined a voice chat on discord I had the same thing happen where I can only hear the people in the call clearly, but not my game or the music playing in the background.
