Man...this is really turning into a villainess redemption arc (just like in my shoujo isekai anime where the villainess actually has a point that is arguably better than the "heroes").

Maybe she isn't fully redeemed since its all headcanons for now, but clearly there's more to the story and blindly trusting Aletta was certainly a mistake. I still want to believe Peony is a good one, but being young/ignorant and following the whorse around is certainly a red flag.

It's rather sad that the remnants of /pkg/ just becomes Aletta vs Nene, both of which are some of the most fake GFEtubers I've ever seen. Both just ooze inauthenticity and are bargain bin twitch/instagram e-thots (literally) who are now pretending to be "totally relatable" (tee-hee) anime girls. I would expect fellow GFE enjoyers to at least have slightly better taste compared to the most bland and artificial "fast-food" version of ASMR/GFE.

I'm sure that's how Aletta is rationalizing this entire situation: management/Nene clique hampering her growth (no idea if actually true or just her rrat), and thus she leads a rebellion against the corporate structure that the other Gen1/2 are propping up. She clearly saw her numbers flatlining (perhaps due to recent rises such as the British jewba, release of EIEN putting competition on GFE, etc) and took it out on the company (uncertain whether management was truly at fault and trying to contain her, or if they just failed at tardwrangling her demands to do male collabs/open a groomercord etc).

Still no real evidence of whether she actually went full doxx, but I think it's at least reasonable to see things as perhaps escalating tension/series of escalation between Oceane/Aletta/Nene/Management and that spiraling into venting on a SEA doxxcord which in turn spirals out of control. Out of the 3 in terms of quality, Oceane>Nene>Letti. That said, all three indeed do go overboard and aren't exactly my favorite, but at least Oceane/Zoey manages to keep it relatively watchable without the sheer level of grating/excessive cringe that the other two do and is good at singing like the siren she is.

Also if we want to go into villainess arc territory, there is something appealing about her at least being more openly intentional in milking her simps dry (like the $1k paypig discord calls), versus the others still trying to act all innocent and say that they genuinely love their paypigs as more than a wallet.

At the end of the day, Oceane was still universally hated by her genmates, but perhaps they were also a bitch to her which led to her lashing out, as opposed to being purely unilateral case where Oceane was just outright bullying the others. Maybe closer to an Amber Heard situation where there was more mutual abuse (rather than one-sided abuse with a clear victim) in addition to gaslighting the public against the outcast no one would believe. Still speculation where we won't ever get a clear trial where everyone explains themselves, but it adds a bit more ambiguity to a complex situation we know very little about.

Tldr: The only SEAchuuba (Oceane) was burned at the stake for doxxposting and kicked out of the corpo. At the time, she was inclining hard at 50k, where she was doing 1-2x streams grinding out ASMR and Karaokes without taking any time off (which she has still been maintaining after being kicked back down to being a 2view with 4k subs after months). In contrast, Letti is the classic UK-Chinese Westernized ethot who was trying to justify her streaming career to parents who are nitpicking her income.
