What I really don't get is that Mori has worked plenty of shit jobs before, and she wasn't exactly in a rush to stop doing it. Here her shit job is to play video games and doesn't usually enjoy and do a bit of very light roleplay, which she obviously enjoys outside of her Hololive role with her enthusiasm for the TTRPG. And that's the "worst" of her job. She also gets to make her music and promote it to a horde of people with a level of exposure and appeal she never had before.
With her history you'd think Mori would breeze through the parts of her Hololive role she isn't as thrilled with. Instead she's got this constant mental block of awkwardness like some half-hidden part of her is constantly dragging its heels. It's like she has some kind of complex about stubbornly disliking elements of her Hololive role that ordinarily wouldn't bother her, and she's now actively trying to undermine and replace those parts.
Like seriously, I would understand completely if what she hated was tard-wrangling Goslings and creepy autistic spergs bombarding her with soul-draining SC messages, but it's not even that.
