You surely aren't putting any value on the technical quality of 3D, area you? That's one of the most irrelevant things in all of the vtuber world.
Nijis pulled an impressive show in 2021 with their "Stage Light Up Tones" and that did fuck all to give them an edge.
Holos quickly caught up to them, figured out doing 3D and AR at a high quality enough was better left to the pros, hired the Crypton team (of Miku concerts fame) to do the tech part and blew the industry apart with their 2022 Holofes.

The major companies are no longer competing on technical prowess, now they got smarter and just hire the real pros to do their stuff.

The closest she's ever come to finding a unique niche was I think when she was playing old flash/mobile games.
