The answer? Not necessarily, but there is often a degree of overlap between the two in characters!
Tomboy is a personality and behavioral trait. The behavior side of it often influences their manner of dress and appearance, but it isn't a requirement.
Reverse Trap on the other hand, is an appearance and impressions trait. A reverse trap looks at least somewhat androgynous, but it could be solely an appearance thing rather than actually influencing their behavior.
