You should actually step back and look at how much these pros are doing with p20/mozam/whatever, I remember seeing mondo basically wipe a squad with a single p2020
also, teams use customs to get used to coordination/rotation etc out of their landmark
And for the team that has the pro sub, it's also good not to get over-reliant on a professional entry frag/anchor/etc

Having full strength pros mixed into teams is bad practice for both the team with the pro and the teams that get stomped. Dont know why this is an issue? Most of the coaches go in with the understanding that the custom was never meant for them to show off by stomping, and that they need to at least try to balance things on their end.

They are there to practice, this isnt an exhibition custom for pros to show off. I fail to see how this helps out anyone practicing because the coaches wont be playing in the tournament. Noct has his own custom lobby, why dont their team go there and he can play in their team every game without any handicap.

Well, it's better now. But part of the problem is you're getting half the lobby filled with essentially randoms early on. This affects end game.
That and not having the landing spots fixed, could affect your rotations later. Basically what you learn now in these most likely lower threat lobbies, might not fly if your actual POI is sandwiched between high threat teams. Otoh, if you keep that in mind, then learning how to lead now in lower pressure environments is helpful. Just don't pick up any bad habits or take overly risky rotations.
