one big error is to overthink and feel like everything has to be an insta hit classic forever branded into everyones mind. as a caretaker myself, my thread struggled quite a bit to fill out some of the last spots just for the first time playing and i would not consider them well but sicne they are benchpalyers they get less attention anyway and you never know what circumstances might turn a player into something fun after all.

rather than overthink it for /wg/, maybe try writing down what you think is well and then add stuff as you go along and see stuff in the thread.

Don't worry too much about it. Most teams don't have good rosters. The hope is that as time goes on and things happen more and more quality makes its way onto the roster. I've never been to /wg/, but Writers Block is a great concept for a GK.
