Phase Connect's Pipkin Pippa (and eventually Panko) designed a parody VTuber company with AI-generated art. Some of her fans played along and it outgrew the joke to become an actual indie circle (with Pippa's blessing), using a corpo-style gen structure and AI art as a kickoff point. If we have 50 different streamers who stream to 2-3 ccvs and overlap constantly, from the outside looking in, it looks like the group is just mess with no real identity. At that point, we aren't a group, we are a cluster of indies with a loose relation under a similar brand name. Half of which are just using it to try to get a collab from or leech views from Sena or Pippa.

Public domain and collective creation can work really well and I don't want to cut out anyone from trying. Honestly, FlaVR was a grift from the beginning. The meme of taking an AI character and streaming with them is just dead at this point. FlaVR capitalized on the original meme, adapted, and became something worthy of a following. Any divisions from it will just not have the same steam.
