In the case of Sans, I'm pretty sure she had watched an Undertale playthrough before which is why she went straight into Genocide. A lot of the difficulty of Sans is in not knowing what's coming. If you've already seen a video you know to go center, up, center for the first attack, you know the timing for the menu bones, you know that one attack near the end can be dodged merely by going in a circle, and you know you have to move in a spiral motion for the final barrage of lasers. That last attack is actually something that makes the Sans fight annoying and not fun, the part you want to practice is right at the end and if you mess it up you have to start over from the beginning. Once you get skilled enough at the fight that you can consistently reach that part it just becomes annoying because you're not learning anything new, you're not getting any practice, you're just slogging through the fight to get to that last bit. It's like playing the song Free Bird on guitar, by the time you get to the solo you're worn out from playing the easy part for 5 minutes. It's a shame because it's a great fight right up until that part.

Okayu also has decent general "game sense", and she's legit at some of her specialty games, like Mario, for example.

Korone, sure she doesn't have impressive apparent mechanical skills, but she makes up for it in tenacity, also she's one of the few whose game selection is deeper than the usual shallow/FOTM puddle, so that gets her some bonus points for me.

I see how one can get that impression from many other Hololive girls, who are into it more for the idoling aspects for example, and you just feel they haven't played many games in the past and are just doing it now because it's "expected" and "easy" streaming content - but the GAMERS group are all varying degrees of legit. Sure, they may not qualify under a rigid /v/cel definition of "gamer" if that only means you have to be a no-lifer who autistically devotes themself to that hobby, but they at least did not just start playing games after they got into Hololive, but had various connections to games before that (see roommate reps) and you can feel that they'd actually also play games in their off-time and not just treat it as a bothersome job for streaming.

Rhythm games all have unique patterns and muscle memory to learn, being a god at one isn't going to make you amazing at all the others. FNF is a Stepmania/ITG type thing so if you have any experience in that the game is trivially easy.
