The point is that this isn't an official anycolor branch unlike India, Korea and Indonesia, it was a separated company with the license, who lost it, became another company with no relations and then was shut down. They are only listed in there for historical purposes, but in reality they are more similar to Nijisanji Network than to actual branches.
