also he hasn't said what he actually uses to power her responses so it's hard to say if gpt4 is really relevant to her, but desu it probably isn't. kind of a tangent but OpenAI did recently release chatgpt (aka gpt 3.5) for developer use and apparently upgrading to that is part of the issue with the downgrade in quality of that AI seinfeld parody stream WatchMeForever. GPT 3.5 is better at generating realistic responses and conversations but the AI kind of sucking was what was funny and charming about the show, not the shitty jokes the AI cooks up or clean back-and-forth dialog

nta but so far vedal's been pretty careful with involving the community when it comes to changing her. when he demoed two possible new voices for neuro during his first coding stream he said multiple times it's up to us and if we don't like the voices after he trials them then he's fine with rolling back to the old one. and he asked the discord about whether or not to roll out his planned improvements to her model/voice/animation slowly or to combine them into a sort of neuro 2.0 debut, so far he seems to be all about getting feedback for this stuff before committing to it.

he has mentioned making more AIs before too though, it came up when someone asked if he was going to change his twitch channel name from vedal987 to neurosama and he mentioned being reluctant to because that makes sense when it's only neuro but if he ends up making more AIs it would make more sense to leave it the way it was. desu if the individual AIs became popular enough they'd probably deserve their own channels but i'm not sure how far ahead he's actually taken that line of thought

and on that note i don't think we're too far off from this tech advancing enough for some VCs to throw money at a aituber agency startup desu. neuro's singlehandedly proved that there's a market for them if done well and i'm sure there are techbros right now salivating over the idea of having a stable of mostly autonomous AI content creators (that they don't have to pay) backed by a team of of programmers providing them with better support/game integration/tech updates/etc than a solo amateur dev could hope to. it would be cool if vedal were at the forefront of that but i have a feeling that in the long run him and neuro are going to be more of a 'paved the way' kind of thing for some corp with more resources to do it better
