I think Zaion saw all the other shit the others were getting away with and didn't take it seriousy figuring the management would never actually make good on firing her. Which was incorrect obviously, but to me it's obvious that there was a long fucking precedent of nijiENs being able to do almost anything they want and not really feel much fire for it and it's been like that for almost 2 years now.
