I shouldn't post this in a bait thread but whatever.
There are basically two factors:
First, the high as fuck period happened before the lock-up on big stockholders expired, there was only less than 5% of their stock available for purchasing, with low supply but with high demand. And after Dec. 5th, some major stockholders like VC and Bilibili cashed out, which significantly increases the amount of publicly available stock, thus the price goes down.
Second, their financial report showed a nearly 20% growth from 2022 Q4 to 2023 Q1, which hyped up the market, combined with the factor of low supply, making the price skyrocketed. But their 2023 Q2 only showed a 2% growth, much lower than the expection of the market of at least 15%. This made lots of speculators start jumping ship, combined with the fact that the lock-up expired.
Also, if you look closely, this graph has close to zero correlation with the actual content they produced. Most people invested in this don't really care or just for short time money.
>inb4 Riku sold his share
He did not though. Anycolor released a statement on that.

What big projects?
The only thing they really listed in their financials for their IPO is that they want to focus on creating musicl groups.
They're not working on anything ambitious like the mmo shit Cover is doing.

Luxiem's lightning in a bottle is extremely perplexing because of people such as Ike and Shu being able to rake in hundreds of thousands of dollars with their milquetoast personalities and lack of creative streams.

Luca and Mysta at least TRY to ride their popularity with clickbait and creative streams and vox went full throttle with the BFE chink fujo pandering to the point Shoto became more popular than over half of luxiem.

Their overall lack of long term commitment crippled their staying power.

Investors in this case refers to the people buying AC stocks in the stock market. Whenever a wave flops or a big yab happens investors sell their stocks in response to the negative public reception that comes with it.

While this may be something that you'd think won't affect the livers themselves; yabs and bad publicity turn the general public away little by little. Unicorns, gachis, whales are slowly or even abruptly removed from the donator and merch purchasing pools.

With lower viewership comes less sponsors, a smaller audience to reach means companies are less willing to reach out for a sponsored stream.

And as far as investors: they sell their stocks to mitigate losses.
Yugo's graduation for instance saw a decline in AC's stock, and so has the recent streak of bad luck in 2023.

>tl;dr
Yabs chase away viewers and stock holders, less viewers turn away sponsors.

uhh well the financial system is in extreme turmoil and with a market cap of 129B this stock clearly exists solely to be dumped by the company onto foolish buyers

oh I just realized that is in yen, phew. still, do you think nijisanji is worth 1 billion dollars?

the answer to this question will probably need to be revised when the fed stops hiking rates

in short - the price of their stock I think has a lot more to do with the financial system than it does with anything to do with their actual company

This rrat is funny as fuck because even Mayuzumi's graduation didn't affect the stock price while Yugo "crashed" it.
Their main business is NijiJP, not NijiEN. Delusional EOP

Investors are interested in growth prospects

Niji EN had explosive growth for a quarter or two, plus niji JP's still growing
Nowadays, while niji JP might still be steady, niji EN is doing the the opposite of growth

Furthermore, the JP market has limited growth prospects since it's incredibly saturated now
Investors were banking on international growth or their multimedia lie:verse project being an incredible success, but that's now a pipe dream
