There never was any evidence of such a clause existing, people took Kson not joining a corpo as proof in of itself that such clauses existed. Kson herself has never really mentioned any such clauses and when she talked about joining Vshojo she said that she didn't want to join a traditional corpo and not that she couldn't join a corpo for a whole year (because of a contractual clause).
Plus Mikeneko was fired, Kson left gracefully, they had similar numbers and Rushia was their biggest earner as well. It would not make sense to apply a non-compete clause to someone who left on good terms and then not do it to someone who left on bad terms unless it's some bullshit like "you CHOSE to leave so get non-competed".
