While I think that harassment sped things up, she was probably already planning on graduating, but I'm pretty sure she is just leaving her pikamee persona and moving to another company. I'm yet to see big vtuber graduating without coming back in a new company.

No sane person would just destroy her career since it was literally a money making machine. Doubt there is a more enjoyable job than being a successful Vtuber.

And even if this is a result of harassment, it's highly probable that she wants to start over in a new model without the attention of Twitter fags. Her fans will find her in a new persona, while Twitter fags never really even watched her, just used her to start shit on internet, so they won't know about it.

I mean, even streamers who got fired can and do come back. But the advantage of joining a big corp is that there is actual support available. Including legal power.

I doubt she wanted to quit, but she would definitely be an asset for either of the big two if she wanted to join. Being bilingual is ALWAYS a plus.
