NijiEN has gotten too many new gens too quickly, it then evolved into tribalistic in-fighting. Pomu was not expecting that, she was expecting a slow-but-steady growth curve and to be on good terms with all -or at least the majority of- EN members. This acidity has caused her to become somewhat jaded and lose a bit of momentum. I wouldn't actually say that she's disenfranchised or depressed but I also do think that outside of maybe the first two gens she essentially ignores the rest of EN.
