really excellent blending of light on the leggings, skin and leotard. the use of dashes in some places to convey soft edges and surfaces is well-executed too
it's VERY well-rendered but i also feel it doesn't especially reflect the subject well. it might be a proportion thing? the subject overall seems thinner in the reference picture. there's also miniscule details missing, which would've helped a bit. retaining the clover choker might've been a good idea. also you can see how her eyelashes here form a very sharp angle, it gives a striking aesthetic to her eyes. you didn't show off her bigger elf ears, band although i suppose that's kinda just a consequence of the pose she's taking. with those hair bits in front of her face, the left one should line up with where her cheek is while the right one should line up with her nose. you optionally could've retained some sort of plant or flower themeing with her new single hair tie even if she's not using her double hair ties.
basically, it's good art, but not good "chuuba art" if you get what i mean. keep up the good work.
