nobody actually graduates anymore, they just stop streaming.

Best way to keep churning out merch.

I literally watched a graduation stream this morning, anon-chama.

either that or they "go on break" for months and suddenly just graduate. Its the worst

I honestly think it's because graduations are probably so high-effort and costly. If you want to fuck off, the last thing you want to do is put in a lot of effort to do so. If most vtubers could just leave instantly without a fuss I'm sure 30% of currently active Holomems wouldn't be around...and that's just Hololive.

Passive graduation is the new meta, I bet Sana "burning out" made cover change internal rules to where they can just take as many stream breaks as they want as long as they do shill streams or forced collabs that way they can still rake in passive money.

It's been that way for a while.

It costs corpos next to nothing to keep a chuuba around if they remove almost all support, and they can still make money on the character.

Zaion is about to be graduated. What are you talking about?

And? That's good. Once you graduate, you can't return like a wrestler does.

>mentioning sana when ayame exists
