I've been thinking about this recently

Why do they get such completely dumb fucking names like "Mysta Rias", "Maria Marionette", "Sunny Brisket" or "Vox Akuma"? Who the fuck comes up with this shit, who the fuck signs off on this shit?

Hate HoloEN as much as you like, but at least the character names are not something moronically generic like "Spa Ghetti" or "Yellow Submarine".

I'll admit that they dropped the ball with the second gen when EN management went full chuuni but the myth names are perfectly fine, including gawr gura which is supposed to sound like the growls of a wild creature that didn't speak any human language
The NijiEN names are also not that bad in general with Mysta Ryas being basically the only bad one until you get to the new boys, just what the heck are Hex Hexagon, Droppio Dropme and Ver Vergara supposed to be?
