Organizing is just hard and needs time. Ollie spent around a year organizing that (contacting EA, getting a custom lobby priviledge, contacting people, etc.)
THEN for outsiders you need management green card too. You can't just invite potential yab machines.

The main issue is that this is a collab of like 30 busy people, the event already was delayed by technical stuff, by fooling around having the whole thing take longer than the scheduled time you're being a bother for not only staff but all the players who scheduled accordingly

Ollie had to restart a couple times due to disconnects by different holos, false starts, etc.

The disconnects are kinda unavoidable, but I think it was made a little worse by 1) long setup meaning every reset is more long setup 2) not having something set up to cover up the setup. Typically experienced event organizers having something else going on to keep the audience busy while the setup for the event is done off screen. Ollie kinda had to do everything from a driver's seat observation camera so it was a lot harder for her.

Also she apologized too much but I think that's a mixed cultural thing.

I'm not an astella and I agree actually. I don't mind the incident itself, but the way he dealt with it invites people to shit on him more, which is unfortunate. There's also the fact that it happened so closely after the Lounge Battle thing, which again, people criticized him for, and is kinda a repeat of the Pico Park thing. He already has stopped actively organizing Holostars collabs before yesterday's incident even though for a different reason. Honestly, I have never seen anything. Not even in Astel's case outside of yesterday. He is just the only one talking about it in public regularly. There were also the few times Miyabi and Temma had to make sure to tell their fans that they are on good terms to make sure their partner's fans aren't angry with them. Or Aru clarifying that Miyabi getting fat bullied by several members isn't meant in a mean way. And in Uproar you have Uyu whose behavior towards the others was too much for some fans and then he never talked about that ever again.
