I hate open world games, but I liked it. If you are into HP there is no way you'll hate it. The world is not an empty sandbox with the same copypasted assets, there is a lot to see, the puzzles are nice and I'm a sucker for the collectables, because it reminds me of the first HP games.

In fairness, the game was developed by a studio previously known for budget movie tie-in games. Hell their only claims to fame outside of working on Disney movie games during the 2010s was Disney Infinity.

I know it's a cult. But I think it's important to push back against it in a nuanced way that includes actual discussion and reasoning. Just posting an ackjak or something is extremely low effort and feeds into the idea that people who disagree with this stuff are simpleton bigots instead of reasonable humn beings.
