Regarding the state of the thread, currently my plan is to continue posting Morning Review and Numbers Review exclusively in /nasfaqg/. If these threads close, those reports will end, and likely the data collection with them. There won't be a point in tracking inflation if the game is dead. There's barely point in tracking inflation and market movement now. Beyond the initial reaction to a funky adjustment in Morning Review, people do not significantly get impacted by this information anymore, and it is not overly useful for planning trades at a large scale.

At this point I want the devs to come out and either say "It's over; sorry" and outright kill the game, or to come out with the updates that they've undoubtedly been working on in the background. The playerbase has been running on E for too long. Most of the best players are all gone. The people who took this data seriously and used it no longer care about the game. Those that remain are silently bumping a hollow shell drifting in the sea, waiting for somebody to scoop it out and reassure them that the effort was not in vain. With each day I lose confidence that time will ever come.

Hey all, trial dev here.
I don't want to comment on the rest of the devs as I know they are busy too, but personally my recent issue has been a lack of time due to IRL stuff and work. The upside is later this month I will be off work for a bit and the IRL blockers will be gone, so I aim to get more stuff out then. I don't want to promise anything but I will look into how feasible fishing is and choco updates at least. If you have coding experience and want to help then please do let me know.
On a personal level we still get an increase of new users from the thread, they might not interact with the thread much but they still are about, things like the divegrass team and vtwbg kind of also rely on a thread being about at least sometimes, so it definitely has its uses.
I'll try to update more when I am actually off and have free time, in the near future Uproar IPO will likely be put up and the hats that were kindly posted previously. Thanks!
