I think with the recent stress caused by internal factors, Millie's stream, project cancelations etc. Zaion actively mentioning /here/ atop of her other comments that led to the FF stream getting yeeted was the straw that broke the camels back. Here's my guess based on what they said in the announcement.
>Remarks showing no intention to improve from previous issues and false statements during streams.
She's always joking(? Is it still a joke when it actually keeps happening?) about how she's gonna keep having privated VODs and doesn't seem to be showing much interest in avoiding the issues that keep getting her VODs privated, hence the "no intention to improve." Not 100% sure about the "false statements" part but this could be it , >>42616796, she claimed they had perms when they actually didn't. This could have been a miscommunication with management.

So she as had at least three different incidents that I can think of (Genshin, Uno, FFXIV) where she was using her old account and it got shown on stream, seems a fair assumption that she told management that she was using a brand new account but got caught in a lie. This is why most livers do make completely new accounts for their gameplay and have to start over, management doesn't want any information that can be tied to previous accounts. Now I've heard Aia has gotten to use her old Genshin account (haven't watched her Genshin streams enough to know if this is true) but if it's true then maybe the difference is she went through the proper channels, waited until she had explicit permission from management, and has made a point of never ever showing her ID on stream even in the past so nobody will be sending her Genesis Crystals.

I'm thinking the FFXIV stream would indeed have been the last straw because it was basically an avalanche of these mistakes and not the first time she made them. It does suck that it happened right before Valentine's Day but I hope this motivates Zaion to get her act together because I do still love her and I'd prefer for her to stick around.

Let me be clear that I'm not even taking Anycolor's side on this, I'm just laying out the facts that if she wants to be in Nijisanji, she has to play by their rules. The best case scenario I can see here is that they end the suspension, she apologizes (perhaps they would have a statement prepared with what they want her to say) and then she returns to streaming and is more careful not to break the rules in the future. There is undoubtedly a contract she signed and she's going to have to take it more seriously.
There is, of course, the worry that since this suspension is indefinite, they could decide they just want to fire her in the end, but I really hope that's not what happens here. I hope they are able to reach an agreement, because with merchandising and the like, I feel there's more to gain from keeping her in the company than kicking her out. I'd like to think termination would only be a last resort and not the first thing they go to after a suspension.
