I honestly don't get why anyone is upset over this.

First, it's Ollie's brain child, so it's not like any of the female talents are joining a male collab.

Second, something THIS big is going to have a lot more official backing from Cover and other agencies. We're approaching the level of a company sanctioned event, not a simple collab. Unlike the Minecraft stuff they can't just set up a server and let the girls go wild. There is some third party organization that has to go on in securing a private tournament style lobby.

Third, Apex is done in teams of 3 with very little, if any, communication between teams during it. We don't know what the teams are so way to early to tell if any of that is gonna happen (although 1 is guaranteed based on the numbers).

I look at this and my only concern is skill gap difference. Some of those individuals are MUCH better than the others. Astel and Mad Maggie will just run rampant over the entire tournament if something isn't done reign him in. We need to get Towa, Matsuri and Aqua in the tournament. Get some people that can potentially give him a challenge.

The reason people are upset is the basic 'no male collabs'. This is to be expected.
