You can actually leave any company whenever you want, two weeks notices or "you cant leave unless xyz" clauses are not a real thing thing you can put in every contract, they're fundamentally not enforceable and in most states and countries they're fraudulent and nullify the contract. You can only put that in for positions in healthcare, senior positions, critical infrastructure,... where leaving on the spot might actually harm someone.
