It IS still notable in that she's the first to be signed to both a vtuber agency and UTA. She's still in VShojo and isn't leaving the group. The questions that remain are what UTA will do for her and what VShojo will do for her and whether there'll be any conflicts. Most likely VShojo still handles her vtuber / streaming stuff while UTA will do other things, like music and bigger sponsorships, also possibly other things VShojo can't do like voice acting gigs and commercial spots.
