The proper preemptive measure is to just not get hyped for anyone.
Even if the design and the voice seem nice, don't get hyped.
Even if she is cool in her debut, don't get hyped.
Not until the collab ban is over.
Then see if she collabs with the guys. And she might not do it right away, but maybe later.
I'd say give EN3 at last 3 months before being hyped for them or at least until the first of them collabs with a male.

There are two ways this can go, no one in EN3 wants to collab with males and you give them 3 months as a test and they are good to go.
Or before the 3 months one or more of them collab with the guys.
At that point any of them that wanted to collab with males will jump for it.
Any girl holding back is choosing to go the no males route.
There's of course a third option, the girls manage to last longer than 3 months without male collabs but do them later, or some girls collab with males and some hold back but later do it too.
But at that point what can you realistically do?
Any of them could collab with a guy at any time.
The most extreme and sure way to avoid this problem is to simply drop HoloEN entirely.

There's a huge difference between Hololive English and Holostars English having a lot of collabs and changing the very basic structure of how Cover handles its different branches.
