As someone who thinks about this though your options are:
Radio.
Streaming.
Voice Acting.
I’ve never considered anything else for myself really. None of these are really outlandish either, they all have potential entry paths starting from anywhere.

look at jester, some /asp/ie that got a free 100+ CCV stream because a corpo accidentally used her arttag. and that isn't just raid viewers these are curious organic viewers that wanted to check her out. sure those won't be sustained but even if just 10% of those stay, that's 10 free regulars that can snowball. i genuinely wish the best for her, she definitely deserves it, but in the end this was not an event initiated, she just won the charisma check by not throwing a tantrum about the art tag.
