No because it isnt that simple, the importance changes depending on the quality level
eg a really bad voice can make someone completely unwatchable but most voices will be just fine so it's mid tier, until you get to absolutely amazing voices that become top tier important again

I almost never watch games unless they're collabs, where the focus isn't on the game, but on the banter. I don't play video games myself, so I can't really judge skill either, and from what I can tell, that's for the best.

It's possible to get by with a scuffed model, but having a bad voice and/or personality are huge debuffs.

Not as important but worth considering. The two ways to be successful here are being solely dedicated to a single game but have a more niche audience, or having a diverse selection of games for a wider audience appeal. The worst thing you can do here is spam a single game repeatedly like every other steam *cough* MINECRAFT *cough*

Largely irrelevant. You can have just as much appeal with being bad at videogames as being good at them. Just be careful that you don't become infamous by accident from being infuriatingly bad/dense in general.

I either can’t or haven’t yet been able to stick to one vtuber. Even when I found the one I thought would be my kamioshi, I switched around (first to the other people in her corpo, then to other small corpos). I also have a terrible attention span, so I have never watched an entire stream unless it was announced in advance to be a short one (in other words, if I think the stream might be going on for another two hours, I’m not sticking around long enough to find out).
So to get me to stay for a long time, I need them to be interesting to listen to while I do chores. My priorities end up thusly. “Good” games that /vt/ likes seem to be a filter, ironically. I actually prefer gacha games because then I don’t have to give a shit. I almost wish Lia would do more of them so I’d have an excuse to watch more of her streams…
Mio’s Nikke stream was the longest I’ve ever “watched” a gaming stream.

Personality trumps everything. Everyone I've stuck around to watch had a nice personality and everyone I've ever dropped was rotten in one way or another.
After that only voice matters. I can watch black screen zatsus (no model, no skill, no games) if she simply has a nice voice and a nice personality.

Personality > model > voice >>>>> game selection > gaming skill. I was kinda torn on model and voice but I like looking at pretty models, different outfits etc, and I mostly don't care about voices, most of them sound ok to me.
I don't care about games, I'd rather watch zatsus, collabs, karaoke and concerts. I watch chuubas playing games just because I like chuubas themselves.

Voice & personality - I've dropped chuubas within seconds of hearing their voices, personality takes a couple of streams but these two are the major deal breakers
Model - I usually have streams on while doing other things or even just as audio so model isn't as important. I only rarely see models that I actually find unwatchable so it's still a deal breaker but less of one
Gaming skill - not a deal breaker by any means, ameway is always a coinflip between kino and frustration, but I will say that ignorance or refusal to learn game mechanics is a far worse sin that simply being bad. I wouldn't drop a chuuba outright for poor performance but if every stream is an unwatchable display of ineptitude then that's basically the same thing
Game selection - almost irrelevant, I've dropped individual streams because I don't care about the game but it never reflects on the chuubas

This explains why people like Ayame still get tons of views and why Kronii isn't a fucking 3 view. Ayame and Kronii have great models and voices but shit personalities. In an ideal world, the trait you didn't mention would be #1 which is: Actually fucking streams.

This sorta lends itself into again the main reason I watch streamers. I don't really watch them, just sorta half-listen. So the game depends on both my mood, but in general intense games that are just silence with laser beams firing aren't my favourite.

Actually somewhat important. I might put it above game-choice, but selection sorta makes the skill part secondary. That is to say, if they're playing something easy and chill, like Pokemon or whatever, then skill doesn't factor in as much.

Personality is the reason it watch vtubers in the first place, but it's very subjective. My favorite might be someone else's kryptonite.
Voice should be expressive and match the personality, but most importantly not sound forced. Kiara is a great example of what NOT to do with your voice.
Model needs to be cute and not uncanny valley, but that's it. No need for thousand dollar stuff.
Gaming skill / Game selection I don't really care, I watch for the zatsu and tangents. If I wanted to watch a pro gamer I would do that.

Personality - Critical for setting the mood, getting laughs
Game Selection - incredibly boring content choices keep me away from otherwise likeable streamers. Similarly a unique game type can draw me in
Voice - premiere for singing of course, but also links with personality. good use of both captures the right mood.
Model - a minor buff. hard to deny the drawing power of cuteness
Game Skills - handled correctly, being crappy at a game can be its own source of entertainment.

Elira. She's great in all areas, but especially the game selection factor puts her over the top for me.

These two categories weigh so heavy that the remaining three are close to irrelevant.
Voice will always be the talent's foremost tool for fanbase interaction, I believe it's even more important than the talent's personality and ability to act.
3. Model.
Humans are primarily visually oriented beings, therefore the model is of some importance too. My opinion is that the technical aspects of models are more important than those of design. Expression tops looks, as it is another tool for helping the model communicate layers that voice can't carry.
4. Game Selection
5. Game skill.
Game selection is more important than skill, I was going to elaborate but I doubt anyone cares.

As long as it doesn't constantly get in the way for your ability to communicate effectively.
