I'm totally open to corrections and/or "bro you haven't even heard X's cover of Y". This is based exclusively on what I had heard and could find (Mel doesn't really seem to have much that I can find, and I don't wanna base it off of those alone)
Also these are all based exclusively on how they sing in-character, if their roommate or a mysteriously-recently-retired chuuba happens to be a better singer, I'm not really looking at that. This is solely my >subjective opinion based on the Holos as they sing, AS their characters. So if their character voice has a gimmick and they don't turn it off while singing (i.e. Risu) I count that against them.

I'm iffy on Towa, I'll admit. I put her up there mainly because I felt that, short of the "actual idol" Holos and the two ID divas, she was about the only one that could match the power of them, but I do feel she has a bit too much breathiness in her voice sometimes.
As for Kanata, I know it's an unpopular opinion but I don't think she's the most amazing singer ever. Yes, she has a lot of range, but she also has a ton of nasality.

Unpopular opinion I think Kiara and Matsuri sings pretty well I would say they sing better than most. But admittedly kiaras voice is an aquired taste but my God she can put power behind it.

I'd consider moving Gura even lower because her singing has been pretty mediocre her last few karaoke streams. Her natural talent isn't quite good enough to let her be lazy like Towa or Ayame and still pull out bangers. OP here, I'm surprised this thread is still alive. From the Oshi's I hear singing often enough this one is the most accurate. Despite the pompous introduction.

Some stuff I would change is Kanata +1 since while she has some flaws in her singing I am a massive sucker for range, and her Ikemen voice is also a really good one. Some people have massive range only to sound boring at the other extreme.

Also if this is purely for clean singing I would bump Mori down. Her clean singing is ass, she has made some good tracks as an alter ego in the past (>>407044) but that always sounded like A LOT of rerecords. She just ain't that good life. If it's for overall musical performance she needs to go much higher.

Also for how bad Pekora and Ina are, I still love to hear them sing. They are really entertaining if they lean more into their character.
