No one knows I'm into vtubers. I've been hiding my powerlevel since the early Adult Swim days. I have a closet full of anime figures that no one knows about and have seen 1200+ anime while wasting every other spare second of my life watching vtubers that I don't care about that much. My family, IRL friends, coworkers, not a single person besides people I talk to online know about what I really spend all my time doing.

I really wanted to watch Calli's "New Underworld Order" while i was at tomorrowland with some normie friends, so i was playing the vod on the smart tv while geting ready to go out.

I sold it as "singer with secret identity", mostly focusing on the technology and how the singer performed, i didn't really get into the streaming culture. even mentioned mori's rm to normify it as much as possible.

they are quite familiar with EDM concerts so the concept of AR / VR show wasn't too foreign to them, the music / style wasn't their cup of tea, though girls really liked Gura when she came out for Q and thought the shark was endearing.
