i saw the stream and it looked like the streaming resolution itself was changed to 4:3?
she didn't need to do that. just keep the streaming resolution to the standard 16:9 1920x1080.

then reset the emulator window to the native SNES resolution (256×224) or any exact multiples of this like 2x (512x448) or 3x (768x672) and so on.
this is to keep the pixels at exactly 1x1, or 2x2, or 3x3. exact square pixels and all pixels are the same sized square.

then after adding this window capture into OBS, make sure you don't stretch or shrink it in any way(reset transform Ctrl+R on the source)

after putting this 4:3 window capture in OBS there should plenty of space to the sides for the vtuber model.

Fallout was always about an exploration of how society and civilization adapts and develops in the post-apocalypse and the player character’s interaction and impact on ghost through the various towns and cities. Fallout 3 barely had any towns, with most things it tried to pass as towns only being the site of one single quest gimmick. For Fallout 2 the only big ones that jump out to me are the Sierra Nevada army depo, the Oil Rig and Mariposa again, with EPA being only available with a restoration patch. I suppose you could count the various smaller warrens and mines like the mole rats and Redding too, with the less said about the temple of trials the better.
New Vegas had a few small areas like the various small caves and occasional raider infested shop but those were time buildings with a handful of rooms.
The only big dungeons that come to mind in New Vegas are the various Vaults. I suppose you could count the two repconn buildings too?
