it started with a group of jp creators but it died thanks to shit managers and people growing, after that melody inspired indie western vtubers while some small corpos at jp did their thing, a certain big youtuber did a collab with one of them and it exploded, vtubers like beivae twisted the original concept and went full whores and since being whores is the natural female state all the others followed her, coco tried to pollute the japanese branches but luckily they graduated her in time, so we end up with corrupted western vtubers and not completely corrupted jp ones.
