He was pretty open about what he was doing so we can't accuse him of lack of transparency. He didn't make his own character and he didn't take a leftover.
He just picked one of the sweet generation which were up for grabs and even waited a long time for a girl to claim coconut and says he'll step down if a girl wanted to claim the character, even giving her all the assets he made.
So overall he's kind of all right, he did everything the proper way and seems ethical and mindful of the position he's in.
I'll always remain a little suspicious about any guy joining this late though because this is a small group with groomable girls and a lot of guys will go this far just to be in that position.

He still made it in. He'll still have whatever support he has left. All the grifters are gonna support him because it indirectly benefits them, other FlaVR might support him out of solidarity and he might even have a few genuine fans. That would be enough for him to continue streaming.
FlaVR was eventually going to be a victim of its own success because the thing that makes it great is also what makes it so vulnerable. And there's going to be worse things coming later in the future.
I'd say enjoy this while it lasts because it probably won't be around for much longer.

I'm 50/50 on this. On one hand we are giving grifters and easy "in" and if they are persistent enough they will get their foot into the main group one way or another. On the other hand we can quarantine the m*les into their own corner, but we have no actual power (managerial) to actually enforce that other than our views/likes/follows which in itself is quite a big impact but might not be enough to deter schizos already in.

I was always aware I would get no support here and even upset people directly by stealing their character. I love vtubing, I love the idea of going live, crafting a story and a setting and i like the technology behind it. I would have taken a male model, and maybe I could have just generated a male coco right away (which i did for lore purposes), but it's too late for that now. This is a very interesting idea. I think we should consider it but I'm not sure if it's good or bad yet.
It would split our people which could leave FLaVR with less views and without prompters but it could also give it more room to breathe.

There's a chance it wouldn't pick up steam without an endorsement by a big streamer giving it some bulk of views to work with and it would be little more than a thread for anons to come up with designs and share them.
Which is not bad a bad thing per se. Coming up with designs is fun and if it gives people a chance to crowdsource designs to adopt that's still some good use for a thread.
But if it doesn't gain its own community people will still seek FlaVR instead.
So in the end we might just lose some PROOOMPTING but not that much would change other than we telling people to go to that thread instead of here.
So overall I think an ai character generation/indies thread would be good for us.
At least at this stage of the game where prompting new characters isn't really a benefit to us anymore.

Basically you seem to enjoy the creative process of vtubing. Crafting a character and building its characterization, creating an arc and eventually graduating.
There's a lot of showmanship involved and your delivery was pretty good, you put some good kayfabe and acted very well.
The quality of your production was excellent, you had a clear theme and it was very stylish.
Honestly if you quit being a vtuber but ever wanted to become a vtuber corpo manager I'd say go for it, help other vtubers that aren't as creative come up with stuff and polish their work. You can be pretty good at that.

That's a hilarious possibility. I remember one vtuber, from the vtuber second gen, this is way back in the kaguya luna/mirai akari/siro days.
She was an indie and fully made her model and all that and people accused her of being a guy and it was pretty hard. Her numbers were never that good despite the quality of her production.
Well time passes and eventually the pressure over her voice is enough that she lowers the amount of voice change, still there, but less. Now she starts to sound more like a girl but with a deep voice. This actually happens a couple more times through her career.
At this point it just seems like it was a girl all along but she was very self conscious about her deeper voice.

It's basically utilizing Suvidriel's Vnyan to import Unity scenes as Worlds into an application that allows Spout Output and Avatar placement (from vseeface). The scene has to be convertable to a single prefab, but there's technically no limit to what can be done. I noticed however that an entire detailed street (complete with reflection probes) got the application and my PC to a dangerously critical state. The stream seemed to have lagged when I showed the entire world. (R5 3700X)

Not sure if I can do her justice. I don't have a deep voice but its also not the most high pitched. I can do a loli voice but I would like to avoid that.

Abi had the same view and tried to do the high pitched loli voice but dropped it after a stream but we still love her all the same. Don’t worry about trying to character archetype too much, unless you have a hag voice in which case #1: SEEEXXXX and #2: Consider picking up Donna or Rika as well

current /asp/ and formerly /yah/ are why threads should never have a co-existent discord. Sad to see one of the first threads on /vt/ turn into a seething dramaden. WE actually had some great talents start out there too, like kiki.
