As far as the most recent two ghosting periods, most people didn't feel like she had been cleared entirely and were rightfully criticising the lack of any communication, but that still doesn't mean she needs to share more about the specifics of her health problems than she feels comfortable with. I am not sure what you mean when you say a doctors "excuse", are you trying to say she owes us a doctors note and that would not be a breach of her privacy?

The only people she is obligated to share her medical problems in any significant detail with is her employer, you can be disappointed she doesn't want to be that open with her fans but you definitely cannot feel entitled to it.
