If youre wondering what I feel about 'low quality' lore, Ive said before that I support a survival of the fittest stance. There is no bad writing quality unless (You) do it to yourself.
Three things to take into account
>Effort
How much effort has the writer put in their work? Did they do reps? Did they developed their side of the world?
>Popularity
Is the lore entry representing the home thread very well? Is the entry able to fit in well with the larger setting? Is the entry well received? If there are multiple writers for a single thread, what do each of them think of your entry?
And most important of all
>Feedback
Did you gave feedback? Did you pointed out mistakes and gave constructive criticisms? Can the writer rebutt and defend?
Feedback is the most important! You fucks suck at it!
Lore is not set in stone. If there are mistakes and rough edges you can revisit it later. If you wanna do something that will cause loops and shitstorm, defend yourself and proof that you deserve to put your idea out there! not fling shit around like retarded apes!

The spec bio is easy. The clitoris and phallus, and ovaries and testes are homologous structures. Tweak hormones just right during development and you can end up with a chick with a dick and ovaries full of cum (as a matter of speaking, sperm doesn't actually work like that).
As for the reason, it can be as simple as an isolated population where there was an endemic illness which heavily targeted males, reducing their evolutionary viability until they were fully replaced by futanari females. Could have some /futa/-type chuubanite in there to help things along, chuubanite has to be tied to a board concept, not necessarily a general.

The thing about hermaphrodites in evolution is they often slow or stationary animals. The reason many plants and animals develope gametes for different sexes is to have better chance at reproducing. Female animals carry eggs which fertilized develop into offspring. Males develop sperm to fertilize eggs. While males don't carry fertilized offspring this makes them the more expendable sex. Males also develop more extreme traits than females. For mammals and some reptiles one male can fertilize multiple females. Which is why during war men are drafted for combat roles while women stay behind.

You would have to think what an evolutionary advantage a hermaphrodite tribe would have over typical sexes. There's also the risk of diseases, both hereditary and pathogenic, that will affect one sex or the other but would affect hermaphrodites entirely.

Females also have a limited number of egg cells while males can make limitless sperm so long as they're young and healthy.

The curse summarizes the concept of the Matiyotl population, and the glyph instructs the Heavenly Realm to apply the curse to the population that matches this concept. The easiest way for the Heavenly Realm to affect humans is probably through their minds, as divinations, so perhaps it could be a psychological phenomenon that results in a reduction of the people's libido, and some mild psychoactive hormonal manipulation to increase the odds of bearing males.

So, now you've got a curse that works, congratulations! The final task is to basically tune it so that it's compatible with existing lore.

Oh, I made the assumption that a hag's superior sex appeal would be able to revive any man's breeding instincts. But you can affect the womb too! It should just be done through the Heavenly Realm->Divination->Psychological effect pipeline. Thankfully, psychology is very powerful. I think magically speaking, the second makes more sense for the curse. The accelerated life cycle is a /meat/ chuubanite effect, so trying to use that might counter-fire, since you're less accustomed to using it than them. The second is something that could be done with the curse more straightforwardly.

Now granted, even if the curse goes through without a hitch, I think it would be more interesting if there is a pathway for some counter-measures. Perhaps the curse only affects strongly people closely related to the 666 children, and the effect is lessened as you get farther from them in the family tree. This would make the curse devastating on a smaller population (Which may be what the ritual was designed for initially?), but not existentially dangerous for a large nation like /meat/. This way, they'd have some incentive to look into fertility-increasing strategies (like hag-importing), but it's not like, the genophage kek (hmm Matiyotl share some similarities with Krogans, huh).

Some other ideas for counter-measures:
/meat/ priests might be able to detect a curse has been created through divination
They may be able to create a fertility ritual to compensate for the barrenness ritual, probably making use of their chuubanite
They may be able to deconstruct the curse

Or it could be a combination of all of the above, where some hags are welcomed in when it's noticed birthrates are unusually low in some places, and then the priests detect the curse and they begin to work to undo it, maybe there could be a quick story about how the /hag/ and /meat/ priests are battling in the Heavenly Realm with a sequence of curses and counter-curses, could be fun. I think bone-shaping surgery is possible, /meat/ already does something like that! It is probably a bit painful. i'll just post something here. i like how dedicated she is to her craft. she makes rigs for other chuubas (the awa family as we call them) does manga, and does streams with her friends. her attention to detail, and cheery personality is also very fun. i can enjoy watching her antics even though i don't always understand what she is saying because her personality is so exuberant that it is hard not to sympathize with her when she does stuff. also, cute model. idk how i feel about posting in /hag/ but if you're curious, that's how i feel i guess.
