AO-chan from her chat was always Sana. When Sana debuted, AO-chan disappeared. Then Sana took one break, 2nd break, 3rd break and people started shitting on Sana. Then Sana decided to graduate, because she unironically hated her audience (which she also expressed later on). By extent it made Ina hate her audience as well. She even stopped doing any good member streams, but to be honest she only made a few member streams in total and they were never that interesting to begin with.

As someone who has done it before, drawing and streaming (talking) at the same time is really hard. Streaming and drawing has advantages, though. It forces you to work faster and more efficiently because people are watching. Granted, Ina was much better at doing this than I ever was, but if I were in her place and I had the option to draw without having to stream it, I'd choose that every time.

I don't think any of the girls are making millions, At the end of the day they are internet celebrities not true A listers. But they easily are making tons of money for very little effort. They don't work 9-5 they don't work 5 days a week, they are allowed to go on break for however long they want. She doesn't need 10k members, even 2k is a decent amount considering that she doesn't really release member content. She also is getting money from merch sales, and the multiple game collaborations she has been featured in and provided voice acting for. That is all without streaming, so not considering ad revenue or superchats.
JP members have to attend dance and singing lessons and in addition to normal streams they have to participate in company videos like Hologra.
