Your product on youtube is actually rather nice teddy. My best advice for you is to stop getting upset about the way men consume media or perceive intimacy, it will only drag you down. You think differently than the average man because you're a woman, just accept reality for what it is. Instead of getting angry, take advantage of men's propensity to see romance and sexuality as the same. Get a good mod team that allows you not to see the sexual comments if that part is unbearable.

As for actual advice, I'm sure you're aware that asmr viewers wont watch you play games aside from the diehards. Maybe Carrot and stick them by doing both at once. If you're unwilling to cater towards them to try to convert them I understand. Other than that, treat it like you would a job and look at your content seriously.

STOP PLAYING RPG's. Play games that you can easily interact with chat while playing. The numbers speak for themselves. JRPG's do not grow streams. Consider them a treat for yourself unless it's popular and just came out. The game is just a condiment, you are the main course. Don't drown your burger in mayo.

For growth I'd consider what genre's not to play first and foremost. I'd avoid skill based games as it will take too long to get good, and garner an audience from them. So the general league/apex/valorant is out.

I said JRPG's are bad, but not always. Super popular "nostalgia" games can work, because people want to see the streamers reaction to the twists and turns. Think resident evil, The last of us, celeste, hollow knight. Along those same lines of the viewer wanting to see the streamer react, scary games that are popular are good like phasmo, etc.

Roguelites are simple to follow. Women generally avoid them like the plague because they don't commonly have number autism like most men, but I'd still say it's a rather good option. Paradoxically I believe being bad at them as a woman could be a good thing, if that would hold you back. Watching someone rage and suck at your favorite game is endearing and pretty enjoyable at times.

And of course there's minecraft. It's zatsudan background noise. Zatsu is generally king over games for growth. Avoiding bad games is more important than playing good ones imo.

Growth via streaming is the hard route if I'm being completely honest. Offstream content like youtube is good, growth from outside sources is easier than twitch itself. Getting on the good side of streamers slightly bigger than you and hoping they promote you is ideal. Some art based on something related to one of their recent streams could go a long way.

Lastly Involving yourself with popular twitter memes before they go viral by inserting your vtuber model in it is probably the best way to grow possible, it's a gamble but one will eventually land. Pay someone to make the art for you if you cant, I'd highly recommend it. I saw the sims cat dance, strip art for likes and retweets, bunny suit animation trends weeks/months before they caught up to the mainstream. If you get in early on a trend you can get 1000+ likes on a post with even crappy art. Stealing an audience from something else is much easier than creating your own.
